Thank you for shopping with us! Just a reminder that I am a one woman business, creating and shipping orders on my own. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order is processed and shipped.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship all orders using USPS (United States Postal Service).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. This ensures you are charged the most accurate shipping rate available.
We do not offer flat-rate shipping at this time.
However, orders over $50 receive free domestic shipping.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to resend.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will do our best to assist you.
